So we are back again this year and we will be going even bigger than last year…….
After bringing over Fredric Aasbo and Mad Mike to drift the virgin Tarmac of Goodwood we have once again teamed up with the guys at Airlift Performance and Speedhunters to put together another spectacular event.
We will of course be hosting the countries most exclusive modified show and shine brought together with Meguiars to highlight the cream of the car world.
From 60’s classic unto turbo’d R8’s all manner of vehicle’s will be on display along with a few new additions and surprises for this year.
It will once again be a pre selected entrance to the paddock and registration will open on ……………10.02.2014.
Please do not send any applications in until this date as they will not be seen by us.
Dont panic there are still more ways to get your pride and joy into the show even if you don’t make the Paddock and we will release these before the application date.
Keep checking back for more updates…
If you even the slightest interest in MK2 Golfs you will surely have seen the pics of the fantastic new fender flares and one piece duckbill being produced by Rocket Bunny and soon to be available through our good friends over at Rotiform.
We know how hard it is to do anything remotely new or fresh to the Mk2 Golf but this has certainly got a lot of people excited!!
The 1 piece “duckbill” style front spoiler is a stroke of genius as owners of Mk2’s have often had to cut up and fit mk1 Duckbills to achieve this look, not anymore!!!!
We for one cannot wait to get our hands on one!!!!!
So with the new year upon us it was time to get our annual pilgrimage to Worthersee sorted.
For those who don’t know Worthersee is an idyllic and picturesque region of Austria that every year see’s the whole of the european VAG scene descend upon it.
Basically if its German and cool its there……….
We have a pretty cool line up of cars we are taking on the 2000 mile round trip and we will once again be joined by Brian from Rotiform who has something special up his sleeve for this year after doing the journey in his rather special 964 last year.
So after picking up this 1968 510 truck from California late last year we are finally about to get this longterm project underway.
We are led to believe that there are literally a handful of these in the country so because of that……..we are going too SLAM it.
For that job we are enlisting Matt the main man at BALLS’d to get our work truck on the floor. The truck is amazingly rot free and solid and we have a long term plan for this project, so keep an eye out for updates…
SO SOME HOW THEY LET US BACK……………
Well its been confirmed that after the success of the inaugural “Players Classic” event at Goodwood Motor Circuit we will return on June 7th, despite leaving rubber all over the track!
Applications for the covered top 400 cars in the main paddock will go live and more details of the action on the day will be released over the coming weeks.
